Client’s expectations and goals
During the recruitment process for a Test Engineer position a candidate chosen by a company resigned before the day of commencement of work. We started the guarantee fulfillment ensured in the contract.
Initially, Northvolt was looking for a Test Engineer to join their team as a person responsible for the electric part of a project. They were building a new product line to increase their production capabilities. The potential employee had to have electrical knowledge and experience of working with high voltage.
We pay particular attention to guarantee fulfillment and treat it as a priority in our cooperation with clients. Although the candidate’s profile was challenging, we introduced 3 new potential employees, one of whom was finally hired.
The client appreciated our commitment to the guarantee process. They were delighted with the new candidates. Their previous experience with other companies inclined them to doubt the contractor’s involvement in the guarantee fulfillment, however, our approach changed their mind and they decided to entrust us with all of their recruitment processes.
