He is a co-founder of Work Service S.A., where he held the position of President of the Management Board for 10 years. He led the company along a path of many successes, awards and distinctions to the position of a leader on the labour market with a team of 15,000 Employees. He currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TestArmy Group, a cyber security and web quality maintenance company.

Artur Mettel
Co-ownerCEO of Bergman Deutschland GmbH in Berlin, a subsidiary of Bergman Engineering. He has over 25 years of managerial experience on the German market in the development and management of commercial companies. He is a banker by training and a graduate of Ruhr-Universtät Bochum with many years of experience in Deutsche Bank Private Banking. As a Qualified Financial Consultant, he carried out Polish-German joint-venture and M&A projects. Responsible for Business Development in the oldest German company in the contracting of technicians and engineers.

Co-ownerMember of the Board of Directors and one of the founders of Bergman Engineering responsible for handling contracts in the North West. Co-owner and Chairman of the Board of the personnel outsourcing company TSP Institute, dealing with health improvement programmes reducing sickness absence rates. Graduate of Psychology in Management. Coach, university lecturer. First professional experience gained in Work Service as a personnel consultant, Deputy Branch Manager, Regional Director.
