Purposes of personal data processing:
(1) Your personal data indicated in the Labor Code will be processed based on the law and their provision is necessary to participate in the recruitment processes conducted by our company for our benefit or for our clients who are looking for employees through us. Providing other personal data (e.g. image) does not affect the possibility of participation in recruitment and these data will be processed based on your voluntary consent, the expression of which is sending this data. [legal basis: art. 6 act 1 lit a GDPR Regulations]; (2) protection against claims and pursuing own claims [legal basis: art. 6 act 1 lit f RODO Regulations].
Period of data storage: the period of processing personal data depends on the purpose of its processing and, as appropriate: for purpose (1) data will be stored during the recruitment process; for purpose (2), data will be kept during the period of limitation of claims resulting from the provisions of law.
Rights: You have the right to request from us as an Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion (unless the requirement of law does not oblige the Administrator to store them) or limit processing, as well as the right to object data processing and the right to data transfer. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation of the GDPR. With respect to data that is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, but this does not affect the lawfulness of processing that has been performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Expected categories of data recipients: (1) an entity that supervises on our behalf the information systems in which personal data is processed; (2) customers looking for candidates for work through us. The administrator does not transmit and will not transfer your data to recipients in third countries or international organizations.
Profiling: do not practice automated decision making, including profiling.
Source of data: personal data come directly from the data subjects.
