The invoice for the service is issued when the decision to hire a candidate is made.
The guarantee for the candidate is three months. The guarantee process starts when you decide to terminate or not extend the contract with an employee recommended by us during the guarantee period. The guarantee process is also triggered when the employee does not show up for work on the day of its commencement. The guarantee process is carried out in the same way as for the recruitment of a candidate.
